Iwona is a sports and soft tissue therapist currently undergoing training as an Osteopath. With extensive expertise in treating musculoskeletal conditions, as well as a diverse range of soft-tissue chronic and acute injuries, she has successfully been helping a broad spectrum of individuals, from athletes and sports enthusiasts to office workers or mums-to-be.

Her approach to treatment encompasses a thorough biomechanical assessment and neuromuscular testing to identify the root cause of pain. Subsequently, she employs a range of advanced soft tissue techniques to enhance joint and fascial mobility, improve functional movement, and provide personalised advice on remedial exercises and lifestyle factors. This approach aims not only to aid recovery and prevent injuries but also to enhance posture, performance, and overall function. Her passion lies in understanding the development and perception of pain, along with dedicated efforts to help individuals alleviate and improve their symptoms. 

She also specialises in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, offering support to post-operative patients or those dealing with oedema, as well as individuals seeking to enhance their immune system.

Additionally, Iwona holds qualifications in Nutrition, focusing on longevity, the science of ageing, and metabolic health. Reaching a diverse clientele, she collaborates with clients seeking to enhance their current nutritional habits or address specific issues in their bodies.

Andrew is dedicated to helping people in all stages of life to recover from injury, reduce pain and restore balance to their body. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, expectant mums and people working in creative fields.

He graduated with honours from the British School of Osteopathy in 2007 (now University College of Osteopathy) and integrates structural osteopathic techniques with medical acupuncture, rehabilitative neural mobilisation and gentle cranial work.

The body is amazing and complex and Andrew likes to help patients understand how it fits together, its functions and why it goes wrong when it does.

He has completed many Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses since qualifying including: Advanced Spinal Manipulation; Medical Acupuncture with Dr. Anthony Campbell; Mobilisation of the Nervous System with the Neuro-Orthopaedic Institute; Neuromuscular Rehabilitation with Eyal Lederman; Osteopathy in the Cranial Field; The Osteopathic Care of Expectant Mothers; Examination of the Paediatric Patient; Pain and Pathophysiology; Evidence Informed Muscle Energy Techniques with Gary Fryer; Pain and Pharmacology;A Process Approach in Manual and Physical Therapies.
